A stable renovation shaped by the slope
We had the pleasure of working with Michael and Lisa on the renovation of their stables.
Their barn sits on sloping ground, and that shaped every decision that followed.
No off-the-shelf front would fit
The rake and incline of the barn meant standard fronts and panels were never an option.
Every stable front and panel was individually custom fabricated to suit its exact position along the slope.
Galvanised steel, bamboo and matched detailing
Throughout, we used premium steel, hot-dip galvanised and powder coated. Every panel and front was infill fitted with treated bamboo: durable, fit for purpose and easily cleaned.
Our external stable doors, barn door and windows were made to match the fronts and panels. Underfoot, interlocking penny grip EASYFIX rubber matting runs through the breezeway and wash bay, while EVA wall mats and EASYFIX Diamond Deluxe matting inside the stables give the horses the best in safety and comfort.
